the location was amazing. i found the cathedral only a couple minutes from the hotel. breakfast had really a good choice, specially the sweet options each day. the roof top bar was an advantage.

This hotel location is perfect. Major attractions, along with shopping and restaurants, are very close. the duomo cathedral is literally behind the hotel. all essential shops are within a convenient five-minute walk.

I found the location great. It was just minutes from Duomo, a big plus. The hotel staff were helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. I could walk to dining spots, shopping, the metro, and Duomo.
The hallways had old carpets with stains. This did not look good. The hotel could address this problem soon.

The hotel is centrally located, a significant advantage. I found the breakfast service generally good. The staff during breakfast were helpful and attentive, I must say.
The air conditioning in my room made a lot of noise and was not very effective. It seemed like it only had simple on or off settings.

The location of the hotel was good. Many attractions were easily accessible.
The room was disappointing (a Twin Room). The carpet looked threadbare. Stains covered the walls, and the sink was full of dirty water upon arrival. Someone entered our room by mistake. This raised concerns about security.
